Cross Country Competes at Lewis Crossover

Romeoville, Ill. - The University of Findlay cross country teams participated in the Lewis Crossover on Saturday, Oct. 11.  The women's team finished in 18th, while the men finished in 19th place. 
 
In the men's 8000 meter, the Oilers were led by Asher Long.  The sophomore finished in 62nd place with a time of 24:59.45.  In the women's 6000 meter, Findlay's top finisher was Luren Sattler. The sophomore finished in 48th place, recording a time of 22:27.35.

78th: Olivia Fenbert - 22:50.55
121st: Jenna Ramsey - 23:20.99
133rd: Josilyn Welch - 23:30.41
 
The Oilers will be back in action on Saturday, Oct. 25 for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) championships in Midland.  The event will begin at 10 am.
