Men's Tennis Wraps up ITA Regional
Allendale, Mich. – The University of Findlay men's tennis team was in Michigan for the annual Midwest ITA Regionals on Saturday and Sunday, Sep. 27-28.
Grant Hawkins led the way for the University of Findlay with a strong run in the C Singles bracket, winning three straight matches, including two thrilling third-set super tiebreaks, to reach the quarterfinals. Maneo Gaborin also impressed in C Singles, advancing to the quarterfinals with two hard-fought victories before narrowly falling in a close match in the quarterfinals.
In D Singles, Cameron Davis delivered a standout performance, winning multiple matches including a dominant 6-0, 6-0 opening round and a semifinal victory in the North bracket.

Being the only non-division one program in the field of 10 teams, the Oilers would finish in seventh place. They would end the final round with a team score of 293 (+), giving them a total score of 23 over.
