UF Named in TechGuide’s “Best Online Master’s in Data Analytics Degree”

University of Findlay’s Master of Science in Applied Security and Analytics was recently ranked in TechGuide’s list of “Best Online Master’s in Data Analytics Degree Programs” for 2024. TechGuide ranked the top 25 schools excelling in providing exceptional educational opportunities for today’s students.
The words “analysis” and “analytics” have become buzzwords in almost every industry throughout corporate America and around the world. From schools to sports, and entertainment to medicine, technology is a crucial part of society. TechGuide uses a culmination of research, writing, interviewing, and personal experiences from experts in the fields of technology and analytics to help today’s young professionals navigate the world of technology and career options. Their list of the “Best Online Master’s in Data Analytics Degree” is a look at what kinds of opportunities are available today and how to best prepare for what is coming tomorrow.
With data analytics on the rise, University of Findlay’s master’s program has taken center stage. Cybersecurity courses and data science courses help students expand their IT knowledge and technical skills in the areas of security and analytics. While in the program, students hone their business skills in finance, strategic planning, and project management, while also learning the art of managing people in an information technology environment. Recognized as a Professional Science Master’s Program (PSM), graduates go on to fill in-demand jobs as analytics practice leaders, chief digital and growth officers, and chief information security officers.
