Men's Basketball Picked as G-MAC Favorite in Coaches Poll
Indianapolis, Ind. - The University of Findlay men's basketball team has been selected as the preseason favorite in the 2025 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Preseason Coaches Poll which was released by the league on Wednesday, October 22. Findlay received 126 points including eight first place votes.
The Oilers went 24-5 last season with an 17-3 record in conference play. Findlay's season was one to remember as the team would go on to win the regular season conference title and reaching a national ranking as high as fifth.

With the loss, the Oilers fall to 6-5-2 on the year with a 5-3-2 mark in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC). Meanwhile, the Panthers improve to 6-2-6 and 6-2-2 in league play.

The Oilers improve to 9-3-3 overall and 8-2-1 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play, while the Panthers drop to 1-11-2 and 1-8-1 in conference action.
