University of Findlay Recognized as 2021-22 Military Friendly School

Natasha Lancaster | Fri Feb 19, 2021

University of Findlay is proud to once again be recognized as a Military Friendly School for its continued commitment to creating better outcomes for both active military personnel and veterans.

UF recognizes, and is grateful for, the sacrifices that United States military personnel, and their families, make and have made to maintain our nation’s safety. The University’s dedication to provide the best possible financial assistance and services for veterans is what put it in the annual 2021-22 Military Friendly Schools list.

The Military Friendly website stated the “2021-2022 Military Friendly® Schools list is more exclusive than ever, and covers institutions offering certificate programs to doctoral degrees.” These ratings are determined by evaluating public data sources for more than 8,800 schools nationwide and responses to about the institution and proprietary data gathered through the Military Friendly Schools survey.

The survey categories include:
  • Graduation and Career Outcomes
  • Culture and Commitment
  • Military Student Support and Retention
  • Admissions and Orientation
  • Academic Policies and Compliance
  • Financial Aid and Loan Repayment

The Military Friendly website, owned and operated  by Viqtory, the premier media entity for military personnel transitioning into civilian life, includes lists of military friendly schools and employers, interactive tools, and search functionality to help active military personnel and veterans find the best school or workplace to suit their unique needs and preferences.
