Indianapolis, Ind. – On Wednesday, October 29, the NCAA released its' first round of regional rankings for each of the eight regions in women's soccer. The University of Findlay makes an appearance in the poll which, for the first round of voting, is listed alphabetically as teams that are "under consideration".
The Oilers are 9-3-3 this season and have three regular-season games remaining including one against Ashland University which also appears in the poll. Cedarville and Northwood round out the four teams from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) that appear in the debut of the regional rankings.
This is the first of four regional rankings that will conclude with the NCAA DII Playoff bracket being announced on Monday, Nov. 17.

UF was the lone program in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) ranked in the poll. This is Findlay's first appearance in the preseason poll since 2019-20 when they were tabbed 17th.
