Oiler Choice Awards Set for Tuesday, April 16
Findlay, Ohio - The 2024 Oiler Choice Awards, presented by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, will take place Tuesday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. in Niekamp Arena. The event will celebrate the hard work, dedication, and excellence of our athletes both on and off the field, honoring athletes from all 22 varsity sports.
The awards to be presented at the 2024 Oiler Choice Awards include:

- #1 Oilers Win Beall Fall Classic | Duflo Ties for FirstFindlay, Ohio – The University of Findlay women's golf team wrapped up play at the William Beall Fall Classic, hosted October 6–7 at Findlay Country Club. The 54-hole event featured some of the region's top programs, and the nationally ranked No. 1 Oilers proved why they sit atop the rankings, claiming the team title on their home course.
- Volleyball Falls to #25 in Latest AVCA National PollLexington, Ky.– After a split on the week, the University of Findlay volleyball team fell to no. 25 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)/Taraflex national poll, released Monday, Oct. 6.
- #1 Oilers Lead After Day One at Beall Fall ClassicFindlay, Ohio – The University of Findlay women's golf team opened play at their lone home event of the season, hosting the Beall Fall Classic on Monday, October 6 at Findlay Country Club. The tournament field featured some of the region's strongest programs, highlighted by the recently top-ranked No. 1 Oilers and No. 7 Grand Valley State.
- Oilers Finish Day One in Fourth | Roth Tied for LeadWestlake, Ohio - The University of Findlay men's golf team was back in action on Monday, Oct. 6 for the first day of play at the Tom Tontimonia Invitational hosted by Cleveland State. The field is filled by nine division one programs and the Oilers, the lone division two team. Findlay fired a 292 (+8) in round one followed by a 290 (+6) in round two, finding themselves in fourth place after one day of play.
