Women's Golf Ranked Third in Latest WGCA Poll
Coral Springs, Fla.- The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the third poll of the Fall 2025 season.
Wingate University jumps to the No. 1 spot in Division II after receiving 12 first-place votes, while Dallas Baptist University received five votes to claim the No. 2 spot. University of Findlay and Anderson University come in at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, while Grand Valley State University moves up two spots to round out the top five.
The next Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll will be released on Friday, November 14.

- Oiler Choice Awards Set for Tuesday, April 16Findlay, Ohio - The University of Findlay is thrilled to announce the launch of the inaugural Oiler Choice Awards, designed to celebrate the athletic year by recognizing seniors, as well as presenting multiple individual and team awards. Established in 2024, the Oiler Choice Awards are designed to recognize the outstanding achievements of student-athletes in front of their peers.
- Oilers Ranked 23rd in NABC Preseason National PollKansas City, Mo.- The University of Findlay men's basketball team will begin the 2025-26 season as the 23rd-ranked team in NCAA Division II as the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) unveiled their preseason poll on Tuesday, Oct. 29. UF was the lone program in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) ranked in the poll. This is Findlay's first appearance in the preseason poll since 2019-20 when they were tabbed 17th.

- #11 Football Under Consideration in First Regional RankingIndianapolis, Ind. – On Monday, Oct. 27, the NCAA released its' first round of regional rankings for each of the four super regions in football. The University of Findlay football team, which is one of seven undefeated teams in the country at 8-0, make an appearance in the poll which, for the first round of voting, is listed alphabetically as teams that are "under consideration". This is the second consecutive year that the Oilers have appeared in the debut of the regional rankings.
- Auer Named G-MAC Athlete of the WeekIndianapolis, Ind.- Sophomore Grace Auer was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week as released by the conference office on Monday, Oct. 27. Auer guided the Oilers to a dominant weekend, sweeping Ursuline on Friday, Lake Erie on Saturday, and Clarion on Sunday.
- Mears-Bentley Tabbed G-MAC Athlete of the WeekIndianapolis, Ind.- Senior Emily Mears-Bentley was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week as released on Monday, Oct. 27. She earned the honor after leading the Oilers this weekend in University Center, Mich.
