Indianapolis, Ind.- Senior Lauren Foerster was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week as released by the conference office on Monday, Oct. 20. Foerster led the Oilers to a 2-1 weekend at the Midwest Region Volleyball Crossover with wins over Northern Michigan and Indianapolis.
The Salem, Wisconsin native powered the offense with 47 kills, averaging 3.62 per set, while hitting an impressive .487, highlighted by a .714 performance in the win over Northern Michigan.
This is Foerster's first G-MAC Athlete of the Week award this season and third of her career.
