Oiler Choice Awards Set for Tuesday, April 16
Findlay, Ohio - The 2024 Oiler Choice Awards, presented by the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, will take place Tuesday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m. in Niekamp Arena. The event will celebrate the hard work, dedication, and excellence of our athletes both on and off the field, honoring athletes from all 22 varsity sports.
The awards to be presented at the 2024 Oiler Choice Awards include:
- Fan of the Year
 - Staff Member of the Year
- Nominees: Jim Givens, Jacob Boucher, Dr. Jaclyn Schalk
 
 - Top Community Service Team
- Nominees: Football, Baseball, Softball
 
 - Top Academic Team
- Nominees: Women's Golf, Women's Tennis, Women's Cross Country
 
 - Most Supportive Team
- Nominees: Women's Golf, Women's Soccer, Men's Golf
 
 - Women's Newcomer of the Year
- Nominees: Allie Arnold, Victoria Harvey, Sofia Lesmes Montes
 
 - Men's Newcomer of the Year
- Nominees: Will Aljancic, Santiago Arteaga, Nathan Buschur
 
 - Women's Oiler Award
- Nominees: Madison Mlsna, Kenzie Hoelscher, Kylie Ray
 
 - Men's Oiler Award

For that effort, the Oilers have jumped two spots to No. 9 in the country, cracking the top ten for the first time in program history.
